William Paetzold

William Paetzold was admitted to the state bar in 1990. He began his legal career as a Public Defender assigned to the Judicial District of Tolland. After several successful trials in his four years with that office, he decided to bring his talents to the private criminal defense bar. Over the past 17 years, Mr. Paetzold has tried more than 20 criminal cases to verdict. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Paetzold worked for six years as a criminalist under the tutelage of the renowned Dr. Henry C. Lee at the prestigious Connecticut State Police Forensic Laboratory. Mr. Paetzold’s extensive training and experience in the field of forensic science is often applied to his trial work. Mr. Paetzold is an active member of the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.


Thomas P. Moriarty

Mr. Moriarty began his legal career in 1988 as an associate with the law firm of Labelle, Rothenberg & Labelle in Manchester, Connecticut. After four years of practice, Mr. Moriarty became a partner at the firm where he remained until 1996. Mr. Moriarty concentrates his practice in the area of commercial transactions, civil litigation and residential real estate. He is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
