Harry A. Moore has been practicing law since 1983, with the majority of his practice having been criminal defense.  He also has considerable experience in juvenile court and mental health cases, and has handled numerous appeals before the Nebraska Court of Appeals and the Nebraska Supreme Court.

For 20 years, Mr. Moore was employed as a public defender in Norfolk, Grand Island and Lincoln, Nebraska.  For 15 years of that time, he was the supervising attorney for the public defender's office serving the Norfolk area, where he and his handful of staff handled more than 12,000 cases.  Mr. Moore has represented accused persons in virtually every kind of criminal case, and has conducted more than four dozen jury trials in felony cases, including capital murder.

Today, Mr. Moore lives and works in Lincoln, Nebraska.  His practice is devoted to criminal defense litigation and appeal, and cases are accepted from any location in Nebraska.  He is a member of the American Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
